edison365 comes first in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work®; the global authority on workplace culture.
A four-day working week is just one of the reasons why employees at edison365 believe the business is a great place to work! After rolling this out just over a year ago, people within the business have reported a much-improved work-life balance and a significant reduction in stress.
This is especially important given that a staggering 88% of UK employees have experienced some level of burnout over the past two years.
To determine the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys, assessing people’s holistic experiences of wellbeing at work. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
Ivan Lloyd, CEO at edison365, said: “the well-being of the team and the success of edison365 go hand in hand. Our whole organisation is passionate about championing new ways of working and moving away from the status quo to make edison365 a place where people can achieve a true work-life balance and maintain their wellbeing.
“Seeing the business confirmed as the best place to work for wellbeing confirms that we have created a place where people can reach their full potential and enjoy what they do for a living. It’s exciting to get official recognition by Great Place to Work!”
