This session introduces Discussions, a new native collaboration feature that brings conversations directly into edison365 records. Rob demonstrates how teams can use discussion threads to share updates, ask questions, @mention colleagues, tag specific fields or tables, react to messages, quote replies, and keep important context connected to the right work item.
You’ll also discover Capabilities customization, a new admin feature that gives organisations more flexibility to tailor edison365 to the way they work. Rob walks through how admins can rename, reorder, hide, recolour, and customise capability icons, helping teams align the platform with their own terminology, processes, and branding.
The session also includes a preview of what’s coming next, including further enhancements to Discussions, improvements to people picker fields and Entra ID group visibility, plus a continued focus on usability, stability, and performance across the app.
