Support for Innovation
MM purchased edison365’s Enterprise+ Implementation Service. This comprehensive consulting package supported our client with strategically planning the launch of their new tool and included key elements such as communication, learning, benefits management, and rewards and recognition.
As part of this, we trained their core team and around fifty champions across the business. Finally, we developed custom reports for MM to surface and collate business-wide innovation insights. This was particularly useful for the MM team, who were able to use edison365’s specialist knowledge rather than hiring skills in-house.
Our client also purchased edison365’s support services, which provides them with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will work alongside them to focus on their priorities. Not only does this help them to get the most from the software, it also means they can tap into our expertise with the process elements of innovation, such as managing stakeholders and measuring against KPIs.
Additionally, the organization was already using Microsoft Teams, so our innovation management software for manufacturing was on a familiar interface, and they did not need to provide much additional training to get teams on-board.

A Hybrid System
The MM team has started rolling out edison365’s ideation software to their employees across the world, with challenges that will focus on improving sustainability. So far, the process has been smooth, and they have found the software easy to implement.
They hope to receive ideas from staff working on the shop floor, who do not have access to email and are therefore hard to reach. To do this they have put in place a hybrid solution, which combines ideation software with physical suggestion boxes. A dedicated member of staff will take physical suggestions and input them into the system so that the whole company has visibility.
