About
Enabler Consultancy believes you don’t need a technology buffet — you need a focused solution that automates your PMO and empowers it to achieve the maximum return on investment from your project portfolio.
We are change specialists first — experts in guiding people, processes, and culture through transformation. And second, we know the tools inside out. This rare combination of change management excellence and 100% tool mastery makes our approach both pragmatic and sustainable.
Many organizations start with Excel for resource planning or simple tracking. But as complexity grows, the need for smarter insights becomes clear — and tools like Power BI and Microsoft Project Online unlock far greater potential.
With Microsoft’s exit from Project Online, it became essential to find the best possible successor — and we’ve found it in edison365. Its ease of use, completeness, and intuitive design make it the natural next step. We proudly continue our work with edison365, while maintaining Microsoft Project Desktop integration wherever possible — ensuring maximum user satisfaction and continuity.
At Enabler, technology follows strategy — never the other way around.

How Enabler can help
MS Project / edison365 Training
For almost 20 years, among other companies, we have been the preferred Microsoft Project and planning methodology trainer at ASML, one of the world’s most innovative companies, training well over 5000 colleagues.
Our training approach is not about passing an exam tomorrow — it’s about understanding the planning tool and mastering the 10% of buttons you actually need to do 90% of your work effectively as of tomorrow.
In our sessions, we use clear, simple examples and metaphors that help you test even the most complex project situations. Because even if you know every button in Microsoft Project, the hardest part remains creating a clear, simplified plan — and learning how to model and forecast it with clarity and confidence.
MS Project / edison365 Implementation
Over the past years, we’ve implemented project and portfolio management tools for more than 300 organizations — from small businesses to luxury yacht builders, ministries, and several of the top 25 companies in the Netherlands.
Our focus is always the same: use as much of the standard functionality as possible, while still delivering a solution that feels completely tailored to the customer.
Every organization is different. Some teams were able to continue independently after just one day, while others required a longer partnership — days, weeks, or even years.
What matters is that each implementation fits naturally into how people work: simple where possible, specific where needed, and built for long-term adoption.
MS Project / edison365 Change Management
Change management is about knowing where resistance will surface and preparing the right people for it. Managers learn to recognize early signals of pushback, while employees discover that even a small, focused plan meets expectations better than no plan at all — because a small plan is still progress.
Sometimes success simply depends on how you frame the change. We’ve renamed projects to make them resonate — turning a “Microsoft Project implementation” into Project: Steady Flow, reflecting a calmer, more predictable work environment with fewer delays, less rework, and less overtime. Later, we introduced the Lean Microsoft Project Implementation, just adding the then-popular term ‘lean’, capturing exactly what many teams were striving for at that moment, and regained momentum.
It’s all about creating acceptance, urgency, and ownership — using practical insight, empathy, and a bit of marketing instinct.
Power BI / Power Automate
A well-designed Power BI report often provides the output managers need to finally improve their input. When you can see clearly what’s happening, it becomes much easier to organize the work that feeds it.
Sometimes a department benefits more from creating a Power Automate flow — one that ensures nothing everything stays on the radar, allowing managers to move from firefighting to feeling fully in control.
That’s the essence of our Power BI and Power Automate practice: focus first on meaningful output, and the input will follow. Fortunately, both Power BI and Power Automate are fully embedded in the edison365 workflows — seamlessly connected to the daily rhythm of work.
PMO-in-the-cloud
Finding experienced PMO staff is becoming increasingly difficult. Senior PMO professionals often work as independent contractors — fully booked or only available for full-time engagements.
Our PMO in the Cloud service solves this challenge. Whether you need one hour per week, four hours, or a full day, you can access our team remotely through Microsoft Teams and delegate key PMO activities. This can include preparing monthly reports, collecting key metrics, or supporting ongoing implementations.
For example, when a new environment is ready but project managers are too busy to convert dozens of existing Excel projects into Microsoft Project or edison365 schedules, progress can stall and momentum is lost.
